1970s Italian “Roma” Coffee Table

Description

A striking late-1970s Italian coffee table, marked Roma to the underside. Featuring a smoked glass circular top set above a white lacquered lower shelf, supported by bold sculptural black moulded supports and a central pedestal base.

Architectural and confident in form, this is a strong example of Italian Space-Age era design, functional, graphic and unapologetically modern. A real statement piece that works just as well in a contemporary interior as it does in a vintage-led space.
